At Baby Fil, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards due to the delicate nature of baby garments and our signature gift packaging.We kindly ask customers to review product details and sizing carefully before placing an order.


🎁 Signature Gift Boxes

Due to the curated and hygienic nature of our signature gift sets, returns are not accepted.

If your gift box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello@babyfilshop.com

Please include:

-Order number

-Clear photos of the outer shipping box

-Clear photos of the product and packaging inside

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement (if available)

Store credit

Refund (only if replacement is not available)

 

👶 Individual Items (Purchased Without Gift Box)

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

-Item must be unworn

-Item must be unwashed

-All original tags must be attached

-Item must be returned in original packaging

-Item must show no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

-Opened or worn garments

-Washed items

-Items without original packaging

-Gift boxes with opened packaging components (tissue, ribbons, belly bands, etc.)

-Items returned outside the 5-day window

-Final sale items (if applicable)

 

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage in transit), we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping when applicable.
