Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items that are damaged or incorrect. To request a return, please contact us at support@babyfilshop.com with photo proof of the issue. All items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition, with packaging included.
Due to the delicate nature of baby items, we do not accept general returns. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Yes, every Baby Fil gift box is finished by hand, including the ribbon bow. We take time to make sure it feels special when you open it.
How should I care for the items?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. You can tumble dry low if needed, but for best results, we recommend laying flat to dry to help keep the shape and softness.
