Shipping policy
At Baby Fil, each order is carefully inspected and wrapped in our signature packaging before it leaves our hands.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Baby Fil is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned due to address errors
- Carrier delays
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we will do our best to assist you, Baby Fil is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
